Role Overview:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. Your role will include the following key responsibilities:
  • Conduct and oversee vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety.
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for all fleet-related activities.
  • Establish and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all vehicles.
  • Manage the renewal process for DMV license plates.
  • Coordinate the fueling operations for emergency generators.
  • Assist in the development and execution of emergency response strategies.
  • Utilize software systems for accurate documentation and reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to other staff members.
Qualifications:
