Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research grant opportunities that align with the Exchange Family Center's mission and goals.
  • Communicate with Program Managers to determine the best grant proposals to pursue.
  • Develop and submit grant applications, ensuring all necessary information and documentation is included.
  • Monitor and track grant proposals, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Program Managers to ensure grant proposals meet the agency's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, non-profit management, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate grant opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites for Business, with experience using office equipment and other relevant technology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in grant writing and research, with a strong understanding of grant proposal development and submission.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a non-profit or related field, with a strong understanding of the sector's goals and objectives.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time, time-limited position, working 12 hours per week at $25/hour. All work is subject to approval by the Executive Director.
