Job Title: Multimedia Content Development Specialist

This role is open to undergraduate students currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, majoring in marketing, business, communications, or other similar majors. The Multimedia Content Development Specialist will support our marketing team in implementing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across various channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in producing multimedia content for videos and episodes of our show Let's Talk Retail, including script writing and video clip creation for social media.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard multimedia projects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Help maintain a content library, organizing files and assets for easy access.
  • Conduct competitive research into websites and paid search/ads.
  • Assist with the coordination of paid search programs and review of performance metrics to guide additional digital marketing efforts.
  • Assist with data review and cleanup projects to enable more targeted marketing programs and campaigns and support online location management.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and project management as needed.
Required Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and technology.
  • Basic knowledge of Pardot is a plus.
  • Interest in web, digital marketing, and research.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Capable of taking direction and working independently on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse team members as needed.
  • Knowledge of social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in English.
