Job Title: Parts Sales Representative

At Rush Enterprises, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial vehicle and equipment parts to external customers via the counter or over the phone.

Responsibilities:
  • Sell parts to external and account customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing of sales transactions.
  • Manage parts movements in SAP, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Update repair orders in Service Link, ensuring all necessary information is captured and up-to-date.
  • Initiate retail orders in Parts Link, ensuring efficient and timely processing of customer requests.
  • Document all sales transactions, including signatures, information on checks, and credit card slips, in accordance with Rush policies.
  • Process credit for parts returned, verifying original invoices and purchase information.
  • Manage core returns, following established procedures to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
  • Complete customer and vendor returns, adhering to established procedures and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts.
  • Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and pick-ups, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer requests.
  • Solicit assigned accounts by phone, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth.
  • Participate in Dealership CSI and marketing initiatives, contributing to the success of our sales team.

Qualifications:
