Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - West

Porvair Filtration Group Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and develop strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to existing clients and work on acquiring new clients to expand the Company's market share.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas to drive revenue growth.
  • Problem Resolution: Liaise between the client and the Application Engineer to resolve any issues and ensure that all client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and 5+ years of experience in sales, account or territory sales management in a filtration/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related programs.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, and a high level of emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
