About the Job

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at MadLab. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth through identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their unique staffing needs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and areas of potential growth.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our staffing solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aviation and aerospace industries, as well as excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

$90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission.
