Role Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through sales and customer engagement.

About the Job

The Enterprise Sales Development Manager will lead our sales efforts, building relationships with key decision-makers and developing strategies to drive business growth. This is a remote work opportunity with some travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • BUILD strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure deals
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future strategy

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
