Responsibilities:

  1. Possess a solid understanding of retail sales principles.
  2. Generate leads from various sources and perform effective communication with clients and prospects.
  3. Manage individual sales activities in line with company policies and procedures.
  4. Achieve established sales goals and objectives on a monthly basis.
  5. Demonstrate products, technology, and services to clients in a professional manner.
  6. Attend required training sessions and stay updated on industry developments.
  7. Maintain excellent customer service and teamwork skills.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record of sales performance.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and practices.
  • Results-driven mentality with a passion for sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Professional appearance and a clean driving record.
