Position Purpose:


Ensure an exceptional guest experience while fully addressing the needs of our visitors and their group representatives.

This role serves as the primary representative of Stony Point Center.

Oversee all facets of guest interactions at the front office, manage the requirements of guest groups, and supervise housekeeping and custodial services related to the guest experience.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Collaborate effectively with the Group Reservation Department to facilitate a smooth transition for guest groups upon arrival and throughout their stay.

Address any guest concerns that may arise during their visit or afterward.
Provide oversight and support for the Housekeeping department, ensuring all staff receive proper training and are efficiently scheduled.
Maintain an adequate inventory of supplies.
Supervise and support guest services associates.

Ensure all group meeting spaces are clean and properly arranged prior to each group's arrival, including any technological requirements.

Respond to the unique needs of each guest group as they arise.
Oversee the inspection process for guest sleeping and meeting rooms.
Act as Manager on Duty.
Responsible for the management and appropriate use of the Campbrain system.

Essential Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a field related to people management or equivalent experience in the hospitality sector.
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and systems.
Strong supervisory capabilities.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to delegate effectively and assist employees in setting and achieving appropriate goals.
Ability to engage and communicate with individuals from various racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Ability to foster a team-oriented and consensus-driven approach to problem-solving.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage crises with composure.
Proven ability to learn and integrate new management software.
Basic understanding of A/V technology.
Conflict resolution skills.
