RN Unit Manager Job Description

HC&N Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled RN Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursing unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and supervisory abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative duties, including completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate nursing services and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current RN license for the state of practice.
  • 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related healthcare setting.
  • Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
