Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a department head, team leader, or senior-level position supporting the operations of an Insurance Brokerage operation.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and leading a professional team of IT, Systems, and Operations professionals.
  • Required technical skills to support the Company's IT and Operations infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated visibility within the insurance brokerage space and ability to interact with industry experts.
  • High degree of integrity and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic professional environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute on those plans.
  • Ability to work in a budget-oriented environment.

Travel: Minimal degree of travel required.
