We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering reliable, scalable, and secure IBM planning analytics (TM1) solutions to drive business growth and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain driver-based models and scenario planning applications to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines for data flows to TM1, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Elicit and evaluate information from various sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
- Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and create comprehensive business requirement documents.
- Manage and implement tasks to accomplish User Acceptance Testing and Business Validation to ensure high levels of data availability and quality.
- Build and deliver forecast input loaders, reports in IBM Planning Analytics, and other business intelligence tools.
- 4+ years of industry experience in Analytics and Planning, Financial modeling, Data Engineer role, Data Visualization tools.
- 2+ years of experience with languages like Python, SQL, DAX.
- Experience working with relational or multifaceted databases.
- Experience with EPM/BPM tools like Oracle EPM, IBM Planning Analytics (Cognos TM1) or Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
- Superb communication skills and ability to clearly articulate to business and technical teams.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
