Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our plumbing projects from beginning to end.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Coordinate project schedules.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Obtain required licenses and permits and schedule inspections.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Collect payments through-out project.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems or construction processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
