- Encourage open communication and feedback through employee surveys and meetings.
- Oversee termination processes and manage reduction in force activities.
- Support local engagement initiatives and assist in planning team-building activities.
- Lead special projects that enhance the HR function.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build trust and work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality regarding employee and business matters.
- Ability to forge strong partnerships with line managers.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and HRIS systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-up capabilities.
- Familiarity with employee benefit plans.
- Experience in training and group facilitation.
- Bi-lingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- At least 3 years of HR Management experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Work Environment:

- Work is primarily conducted in an office environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to engage in prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
