Position Summary

As an Alcohol Compliance Teammate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of alcohol safety and compliance at your designated location. This includes a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as internal policies. Your success will be measured by your ability to implement effective controls and processes while embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper signage regarding responsible alcohol service is displayed in all relevant areas.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies concerning portion sizes and drink purchase limits.
  • Perform additional alcohol safety-related tasks as assigned.
  • Support departmental initiatives and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of your role.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Prevent service to visibly intoxicated individuals.
  • Report any incidents of serving minors or exceeding legal limits to management for appropriate action.
  • Watch for unauthorized transfers of alcoholic beverages.
  • Ensure compliance with service hours and cut-off times.
  • Address ticket holder violations promptly, collaborating with event security and local authorities as needed.
  • Monitor compliance with identification checks for alcohol sales.
  • Report on compliance with policies regarding the termination of alcohol service when necessary.
  • Stay informed about and report on all other relevant company policies.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and navigate through crowds for the duration of the shift.
  • Physical capability to reach, lift, bend, and perform extensive walking, including stairs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend various forms of identification (e.g., Passport, Military ID, State ID, Driver's License).
  • Skill in distinguishing between valid and false identification.
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
