Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas, including storage and inventory management.
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock supplies as needed, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing waste.
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service quality, and guest satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in the hiring, training, and development of food and beverage staff, providing coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and programs that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience and supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the property, with the ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
