About the Position

As a Community Support Professional at ICL, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support individuals with mental disabilities in achieving their goals and maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to consumers, focusing on their strengths and abilities
  • Assist consumers in developing and implementing personalized recovery plans, tailored to their unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with consumers, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related area
  • 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with mental disabilities, preferably in a direct service capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with consumers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
