We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Counselor to join our team at our Franklin K. Lane location in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities

This position will involve:

  • Providing individual and group counseling services to students in grades 9-12.
  • Developing and implementing workshop series on topics such as academic achievement, attendance, and socio-emotional learning.
  • Collaborating with the parent coordinator to provide mental health resources and workshops to parents.
Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A master's degree in counseling or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a school setting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations.
