About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team at Mediabrands Worldwide, Inc. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the operations of our Account Management team, specifically the Account Executives, Senior AE's, and Supervisors on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and utilize our research, planning, and buying tools on a daily basis
  • Develop an understanding of Media Math and media planning measurement currency such as impressions, TRP's, Reach, Frequency, CPMs, and CPPs
  • Prepare and maintain weekly status reports; prepare competitive reports for clients
  • Attend weekly vendor meetings and become an expert on all of the OOH formats currently available
  • Assist Account management team with proposals (PowerPoint Decks & Excel Spreadsheets)
  • Gather production specs, issue posting instructions, and put together proof of performance documents
  • Schedule client calls and meetings as needed
  • Be knowledgeable of all Mediabrands SBUs and their specific area of expertise
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software, specifically: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines
  • Rapport does not require candidates to have a college degree

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $50,000 USD.
