  • Lead Generation: Manage the lead funnel by following up with prospects who have expressed interest in trying Orangetheory, booking their first class, and providing them with an exceptional first-time guest experience.
  • Customer Service: Answer member questions in a timely manner and navigate any concerns appropriately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Brand Compliance: Maintain brand compliance by following all OTF systems and procedures, keeping the front desk organized, and prioritizing tasks throughout their shift as necessary.
  • Member Engagement: Welcome members by name, take accurate class attendance, and create memorable member moments daily through celebrating birthdays, member anniversaries, and class milestones or personal records.
  • Studio Operations: Be well-informed on all studio happenings, including current promotions, fitness challenges, out-of-studio events, and corporate initiatives/offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work well independently and take ownership of their individual contribution to the overall success of the studio and team.
  • Studio Maintenance: Assist with keeping the studio clean and organized.
Requirements
  • 4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with new technology, smartphones, and computers.
  • Must possess a growth mindset and have a passion for helping others.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, operate with integrity, and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage member questions or concerns.
