Hotel Sales Manager Job Description

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving room revenue and increasing production of existing special corporate/preferred accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively solicit room revenue and increase production of existing special corporate/preferred accounts.
  • Actively up-sell to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Achieve personal and team-related revenue goals.
  • Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
  • Drive customer & guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer/guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Event Services, Banquet, Hotel Sales, Marketing or equivalent education and experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent or 2+ years of college or 2+ years in a sales & marketing, front office, or other supervisory position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with Delphi, FDC, and/or Marriott CI/TY.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
