We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic hotel front desk clerk to join our team at Quality Inn Elliotts. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and register guests, manage accounts, and provide keys and room numbers.
- Record credit card information and ensure accurate and up-to-date guest account information.
- Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs.
- Handle customer complaints and work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests.
- Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred.
- Experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
$11 - $13 hourly
