Business Development Manager

Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new business opportunities and grow our existing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth
- Research and pursue new business opportunities through referrals and leads
- Supervise and train a small team to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track sales activity and performance
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
