About the Role

DIFILIPPO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for servicing our existing client base, researching new business opportunities, and supervising a small team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
  • Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing strategies
  • Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes
  • Report daily field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to be active in the community
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
Licensing Requirements
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
