Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a Team: As a Stores Executive Intern, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of hourly team members, providing coaching, training, and feedback to help them grow and succeed.
  • Drive Business Results: You will work closely with store leaders to set goals and priorities, and develop strategies to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an exceptional shopping experience, responding to their needs and concerns, and providing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Develop Business Acumen: Through this program, you will gain a deep understanding of Target's retail business, including financial management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
  • Participate in Training and Development: You will participate in comprehensive training and development programs, designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
