Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our North America Regional Enterprise expansion sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and negotiate and close deals
  • Provide input to sales management on trends and changes in the market, and make recommendations on future courses of action
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in developing and leading winning teams using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services
  • 1+ years of experience leading other sales leaders and teams, driving attainment throughout the organization
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close
  • Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $112,230 - $165,380, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, and voluntary lifestyle benefits, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
