The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst Intern to join our Connected Digital Strategy team. As a Business Process Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in mapping business processes, identifying constraints and issues, and developing effective solutions. You will work closely with our finance organization to analyze and improve business processes, and develop a deep understanding of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Map and analyze business processes to identify constraints and issues.

- Develop and propose solutions to improve process efficiency.

- Collaborate with business partners to understand and document process flows.

- Learn and support business system production and monitoring.

- Engage in technical writing of capabilities, features, & user stories to ensure solutions are properly documented and handed off for development

- Business Value identification & calculation

What We Look For in a Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is a rising senior or master's level student at a 4-year accredited college or university, with a strong academic record and a passion for business process analysis. You should have a preferred field of study in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or MIS, and be proficient in MS Office Suite, data analytics, and project tools like Microsoft Visio. You should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, a curious learner and researcher mindset, and be comfortable interacting with different levels of leadership and presenting solutions.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual's level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. The hourly based pay range is $22.00/hour to $35.00/hour. This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation, and long-term incentive for Director and VP positions.
