At Atlas Technica, we are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development and growth in a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of IT experience, with a strong background in desktop support, systems engineering, and systems administration. They will be responsible for performing IT support services to users onsite, using a ticketing system to manage support queries, and maintaining documentation in compliance with organizational rules and guidelines.

The Jr. Systems Engineer will work closely with Systems Engineers and Sr. Systems Engineers to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes supporting primarily Microsoft 365 stack, as well as basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms and Active Directory.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing IT support services to users onsite
  • Using a ticketing system to manage support queries
  • Maintaining documentation and complying with organizational rules and guidelines
  • Adhering to strict change control procedures

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of IT experience
  • Strong background in desktop support, systems engineering, and systems administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms and Active Directory

Desirable qualities include financial industry experience, experience working in an MSP environment, and support of Sophos or similar product for endpoint threat management.
