Director of New Home Sales Leadership

At Winchester Carlisle Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of New Home Sales to lead our sales and marketing team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead regular sales meetings to motivate and inform the sales team.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to establish annual sales and marketing goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track sales performance, customer satisfaction, and sales team productivity.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions.
