The Director, New Business Development, will play a pivotal role in leading our Commercial Organization. This strategic leader will be responsible for developing a vision for sustainable and profitable new business acquisition. We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, who can drive growth and innovation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years of B2B/Commercial sales experience
  • Top performer with a track record of success
  • Experience leading large-scale businesses and teams
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple opportunities
  • Competency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 60%
