Full-time Quality Manager Needed

CDP Solutions is seeking a talented Quality Manager to join our team in a rapidly growing manufacturing company. Our client operates multiple manufacturing facilities and has achieved success through their Culture, Succession Planning, Six Sigma Program, and Safety Record, resulting in reduced costs, increased efficiency, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and Implement Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and maintain a robust Quality Management System.
  • Quality Management Systems Oversight: Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
  • Internal Audits and Process Improvement: Conduct regular internal audits and work with personnel to identify areas for improvement, enhancing overall quality and efficiency.
  • Quality Department KPIs and Reporting: Manage the quality department's KPIs and report monthly to the executive leadership team, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership, Training, and Coaching: Provide leadership, training, and coaching to department staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Measurement Tool Calibration: Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools, ensuring accuracy and reliability in quality control processes.
  • Corrective Action and Nonconformance Processes: Manage the corrective action and nonconformance processes, ensuring prompt resolution of quality issues.
  • Statistical Data Analysis and Product Specifications: Develop, analyze, and interpret statistical data and product specifications to determine quality standards.
  • Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures: Draft quality assurance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Quality and Inspection Systems Review: Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements.
  • Customer Complaints and Nonconformance Issues: Investigate customer complaints and nonconformance issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Quality Activity Reporting: Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers at the plant, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive salary plus bonus, as well as an excellent benefits package, including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.

Salary Range: $100K - $125K plus bonus

Total Compensation Range: $110K - $140K
