Physician - Family Medicine Residency Program Faculty Position at Whittier Clinic

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Family Medicine physician to join our Core Faculty team at the Whittier Clinic. As a key member of our residency program, you will play a vital role in the education and training of our residents, as well as contribute to the development of our curriculum.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Experience in osteopathic manipulative medicine, research, or proficiency in common Family Medicine procedures is desirable but not required.
As a Core Faculty member, you will have opportunities to develop your expertise in areas such as curriculum development, evaluation, advising, and scholarly activity. Leadership opportunities are also available within the residency program.

Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor residents in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum
- Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives
- Engage in scholarly activity and research
- Provide leadership and guidance to residents and faculty
Requirements:
- BC/BE Allopathic or Osteopathic Family Medicine physician
- Interest in inpatient and outpatient care, as well as clinical teaching
- Strong academic and clinical skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
