Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Move-In Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a seamless transition for new residents, providing administrative support to our sales team, and contributing to the overall success of our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Transition: Coordinate the move-in process for new residents, serving as a liaison between residents, families, community associates, and third-party vendors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Community Liaison: Greet prospective residents and families, respond to inquiries, and conduct personal visits as needed.
  • Marketing Events: Participate in the planning and execution of marketing events to promote the Brightview brand and drive traffic to our community.
  • Collateral Materials: Prepare sales brochure packets and new resident move-in guides, and maintain inventory of collateral materials.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our lead base system.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our community.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative or customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; proficiency with internet applications.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments while maintaining accuracy and commitment to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
