Job Title: AWS Cloud Program Manager

About the Role:

KDA Consulting Inc. is a leading provider of IT solutions to the National Defense and Intelligence communities. We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Program Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The AWS Cloud Program Manager will be responsible for managing various system engineering projects utilizing a structured project management framework for the Government in the IC. The position will require the PM to develop and maintain requirement matrices, hold daily scrum meetings with the team, and develop work breakdown structures and project schedules in accordance with work scope.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as single point of contact to the Sponsor regarding oversight of all software and infrastructure project efforts.
* Provide status updates and take action regarding project implementation issues.
* Develop project plans, including defining measurable milestones and criteria.
* Develop realistic project schedules.
* Utilize Agile development methodologies.
* Coordinate, support, and participate in program meetings and reviews.
* Design and deploy web, internet, and cloud technologies.
* Experience with systems engineering lifecycle management.
* Experience building cloud-native apps leveraging SecDevOps.
* Experience with Cloud Engineering with one or more of the following: AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, or IBM.
* Experience performing data exploitation-retrieval, triage and pre-processing, analysis, reporting, or visualization of complex datasets.
* Experience administering and deploying cyber security tools in the Cloud.
* Experience with information security technologies and security guidelines.
* Experience interpreting and applying ICD 503 standards.
* Experience or knowledge of various security assessment tools (i.e., WebInspect, Splunk, AppDetective, and Nessus).

Requirements:

* Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Poly U.S. Government Security is required.
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 16 years minimum of relevant professional work experience.
* Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
* Ability to prioritize, demonstrated strong organizational skills, and ability to meet or exceed deadlines.

Work Environment:

The position will be located onsite at a customer facility in Herndon, VA. The employee must be able to use hands to complete work at a workstation/computer, be able to reach, type and manipulate with hands, fingers, and arms; lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; talk, see and hear. The work environment is professional office environment with moderate stress and noise levels.
