Nurse Residency Program Overview

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be eligible for our Nurse Residency Program, you must have a BSN degree and be currently licensed as a registered nurse in Massachusetts. You should also have ICU and Med/Surg experience and be certified in BLS.
