Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Baylor Program and Weekend Warrior shifts. As a nurse with our community, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff
