- Manage shipment bookings in compliance with international regulations.
- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer inquiries while adhering to specified parameters.
- Monitor profitability and ensure compliance with pricing structures.
- Identify and communicate potential sales opportunities to management.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations and anticipated shipping dates.
- Assist smaller clients in exploring their needs and potential opportunities.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer requirements and promote additional services when applicable.
- Conduct loadability checks on non-standard cargo with authorized agents.
- Update customer information in the IT database as necessary.
- Encourage the use of eChannel communications with customers.
- Report any customer performance issues to management for resolution.
- Conduct quality checks of GHA duties when assigned.
- Complete additional support tasks as required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient clerical and data entry skills.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Completion of carrier training courses is preferred.
- Office setting with collaborative teamwork.
- Occasional exposure to varying lighting conditions.
Monday to Friday with some Saturday shifts, available from 8 AM to 4:30 PM or 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
