Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the prestigious Curry Village in Yosemite. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
- Oversee daily operations, including room assignments, reservations, and guest requests.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
