Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Curry Village in Yosemite. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our resort.
About the RoleThe Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
- Supervise a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet the high standards of our resort
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
