Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $36,384, based on an hourly rate of $17.60.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Front Desk Team Lead at Aramark, where you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in guest services, excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
This role requires physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. A uniform may be required, and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and assign daily work assignments to the guest services team and oversee completion of tasks.
- Train and guide guest service staff on job duties, customer service, systems, and procedures.
- Greet and provide customer service to guests while anticipating their needs.
- Book reservations and coordinate registration.
- Operate a register and/or software system to complete cash and credit card transactions.
- Answer phone calls and deliver messages as needed.
- Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
