Clinical Leadership Position for Eating Disorder Program

At Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director to join our team. This leadership position plays a vital role in the management of our eating disorder day treatment program.
About UsWe are a primary eating disorder treatment center located in Portland, OR, exclusively serving adults with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Our program offers partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services, including group and individual therapy, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional support. As a leader in the field, we prioritize evidence-based practices and adhere to the highest standards of care.
Job DescriptionThe Assistant Clinical Director will assist the Clinical Director in overseeing all clinical functions of the facility. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the admission process and clinical intake
- Providing effective leadership to the clinical staff
- Maintaining knowledge of organizational policies and procedures
- Marketing support for the facility
- Collaborating with program leadership to achieve strategic goals
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and at least one year of experience working with eating disorder clients. Licenses and certifications will be considered based on state requirements.
