Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Program Manager to join our team at Monte Nido Portland. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the 24-hour management of all clinical functions within the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process.
  • Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations.
  • Recruit and interview new employees, as well as provide supervision for staff development.
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
  • Work collaboratively with program leadership to develop cost-effective methods for providing service.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures, and communicate these clearly and accurately to staff.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's degree in social work, psychology or a related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders. A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients is also required. Licenses to practice clinical disciplines in the appropriate state, as applicable, are necessary. Additionally, CPR certification is required.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience.
