Lead Clinical Management at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Clinical Director to support our clinical team in providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with eating disorders.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the clinical functions of our facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • This role emphasizes effective leadership in the treatment of eating disorders, staff development, and compliance with regulations.
  • You will play a vital part in fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both clients and staff, contributing to their recovery and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing clinical staff, admissions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective methods to provide high-quality service.
  • Supervise staff development, facilitating communication with ancillary services.
  • Recruit and interview new employees, ensuring they meet our organization's standards.
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, preferably with knowledge of eating disorders.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients.
  • Licensed to practice in the appropriate state, as applicable.
  • CPR certification required.
