We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will play a critical role in the 24-hour management of all clinical functions of the facility.

About Us

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is a leading provider of eating disorder treatment services. Our primary day treatment program is exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. We offer partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, providing clients with access to group and individual therapy, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, and real-life challenges.

The Assistant Clinical Director will assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process. You will also provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, have knowledge of the organization, provide marketing support for the facility, and help direct all activities within Monte Nido & Affiliates in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

Job Description
  • Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process.
  • Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff.
  • Have knowledge of the organization.
  • Provide marketing support for the facility.
  • Help direct all activities within Monte Nido & Affiliates in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders. A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients is required, along with licensure to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, and CPR certification.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of clinicians. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
