Eating Disorder Clinical Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Clinical Director to join our team at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing clinical functions for adults struggling with eating disorders.
Job SummaryThe Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in overseeing the 24-hour management of all clinical functions. This includes ensuring that clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements and preparing for Joint Commission and state audits as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing admissions and clinical intake processes
- Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, knowledge of the organization, and marketing support for the facility
- Direct all activities within Monte Nido & Affiliates in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations
- Recruit and interview new employees, attend clinical and administrative meetings, and work collaboratively with program leadership
- Develop cost-effective methods to provide service, supervise staff development, and facilitate communication with ancillary services
- Master's degree in social work, psychology or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders
- A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients
- Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required
- CPR certification required
