Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Clinical Director Assistant to join our team at Monte Nido Portland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in the management of clinical functions and the oversight of admissions processes for adults facing eating disorders.
About the RoleThe Clinical Director Assistant will collaborate with the Clinical Director to lead clinical staff, implement performance improvement plans, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Clinical Director in managing clinical functions and overseeing admissions processes.
- Lead clinical staff and implement performance improvement plans to drive positive outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with program leadership to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
- Foster a supportive environment that promotes lasting recovery for clients.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related services field.
- A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients.
- Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable.
- CPR certification required.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
