Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. As a key member of our inside sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
In this position, you will engage with potential customers through various channels, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to create lasting partnerships.
Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be vital in achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Consultative Selling: Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production teams to ensure timely execution of parts getting out fast.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to team and company success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
