Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

The Service Desk Analyst will be tasked with:

  • Delivering first-level support by addressing incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting users with issues related to clients, workstations, peripherals, printers, and various software applications.
  • Managing and tracking the status of support tickets until resolution is achieved.
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.
  • Contributing to projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Creating and updating knowledge base articles to assist in future troubleshooting efforts.

Qualifications:
