Key Responsibilities:
The Service Desk Analyst will be tasked with:
- Delivering first-level support by addressing incoming inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting users with issues related to clients, workstations, peripherals, printers, and various software applications.
- Managing and tracking the status of support tickets until resolution is achieved.
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in the ticketing system.
