Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Office Assistant/File Clerk to support our growing legal office in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess previous office experience, preferably in a law office or collections capacity, with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently yet cohesively within our team.

Responsibilities
  • Making calls to delinquent account holders, accepting payments, and communicating with paralegals/attorneys.
  • Managing mail and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Processing new accounts, updating records, and maintaining electronic files.
  • Providing top-notch customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
