**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant/File Clerk to join our growing legal office in Mesa, Arizona. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including mail processing, document management, and communication with clients and debtors.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process incoming/outgoing mail and documents
  • Review, save, and forward voicemail messages
  • Communicate with debtors regarding delinquencies
  • Scan/save documents to electronic files
  • Open new accounts and update electronic records
  • Greet guests/visitors and provide exceptional customer service

**Requirements**

  • Computer/Internet savvy with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to proofread own work
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Previous office experience, preferably in a law office or collections capacity
